Nutrition Coaching

For some clients, a written diet plan is exactly what they need. However, for others, starting with a meal plan can feel overwhelming, restrictive, monotonous and unamanageable. That’s why at McMillan Fit, I provide Nutrition Coaching instead. Think of it as an opportunity for educational sessions held weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom. Together, we’ll explore a variety of nutrition topics designed to help you understand how to eat in a way that supports your fitness goals and enhances your overall health and well-being. Once you grasp the fundamentals of healthy eating, you'll be well-equipped for success!

 

Sessions Include: Complimentary phone/zoom consultation prior to program start.

Review of previous week, nutritional education, setting new goals for the weeks ahead.

Topics Include but not limited to:

  • What are the 3 macronutrients and their importance in a healthy diet

  • Simple daily habit changes that make a difference

  • How to read a nutrition label and track your food

  • What your “plate” should look like

  • How to meal plan and prep for the week

  • “Virtual” pantry/refrigerator Clean out

  • Dining out and Social Eating

30 min Sessions - $45

60 min Private Grocery store tour at your preferred store

  • Learning about each section of the grocery store

  • Reading Food Labels and Packaging

  • Picking up your planned meals for the week
